- Senior National Caliber Athlete
The Peak Performance level is for athletes who are beginning to emphasize consistent performance in competition. Training is set to optimize fitness and strength, refine skills and tactics. Athletes will be guided by a reactive periodized annual training plan and mainly focus on fighting strategies and tactics. Also athletes will be trained to recognize visual cues during combative activity to assist in better decision-making.
